Online seminars are a great alternative to a personalised plan if you feel confident to support your little ones sleep independently.

They are designed to give you all the information you need to feel informed about your little ones sleep, as well as some practical techniques to use if you are finding their sleep unsustainable and last between 90-120 minutes.

In all of my seminars, you can expect to learn about:

• The importance of sleep.

• How much sleep should you, and your child should be getting.

• How can you structure your child’s sleep in a way that works for their age.

• Top tips for getting your child to get better quality, longer and more restful sleep.

• How to implement a great routine.

• Practical steps to take if your little ones sleep is difficult at the moment, without resorting to the “cry it out” method.

Attending a Sleep Seminar

The seminars are conducted via a Teams call (with no pressure to enable your video, and babies are welcomed). We maintain small group sizes to facilitate questions, the sharing of experiences if desired, and to hold personalised Q&A sessions.

These seminars offer an excellent opportunity to delve into the intricacies of infant and child sleep, as well as to acquire strategies for implementing changes if you’re considering adjustments to their sleep patterns.

Sleep seminars are scheduled regularly throughout the year.

Following the seminar, I will email an information sheet for you to keep, making it easier to recall and refer back to the information provided whenever necessary.
